How proof-gated bidding would work (planned)

  1. A builder must first verify LBP status, insurance, NZBN and reviews.
  2. Credits are held when a builder bids, and charged only when the lead is released.
  3. Junk leads (duplicate, wrong suburb, fake, unreachable within 72 hours) are refunded automatically.
  4. At most three builders per lead. Paid priority is disclosed. Bids decide lead access, never quote rank.
